Gus Tulloss is once again a citizen servant in state government and late last week he was at home in his resumed role speaking at a luncheon gathering of the Rocky Mount Kiwanis Club.
Tulloss, 81, is in the insurance business and served more than a dozen years on the N.C. Board of Transportation. Subsequently, he served a couple of years on the N.C. Ports Authority Board. N.C. House Speaker Tim Moore, a Cleveland County Republican, eyed him for the latter board and more recently tapped Tulloss to serve on the N.C. Rural Infrastructure Authority. READ MORE >
